Organic wine certified by Ecocert Traditional manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation, traditional vinification. Aged in oak barrels, traditional cork stopper.
"Grenache (50%), carignan and syrah for this cuvée with an intense, fresh nose of candied red fruit, garrigue and thyme. The prelude to a round palate with tight tannins, imbued with aromas of eucalyptus and spices that bring freshness."
