"Sur le Fil... Far from being conventional, on the contrary rather marginal, it doesn't hesitate to take risks to reveal the expression of the grapes. Without taking itself too seriously, it remains a figure of style with a taste for freedom, and a testimony to a capricious but generous nature. Harvested in 2 batches (with 10% noble rot) - Progressive, long pressing - Light settling - Natural fermentation in concrete tanks. In ovoid concrete tanks. No racking after fermentation. Light sulfiting one month after completion of fermentation. The shape of the egg, according to the golden ratio, means that the wine is in perpetual motion, which brings plenty of roundness while preserving the purity of fruit and freshness. Racking 2 weeks before bottling.

Appearance
Golden color with green highlights.
Aroma
The nose is at once floral with acacia and orange blossom, fruity with citrus and candied pineapple aromas, and a family of aromas that are both fresh and complex, and mineral.
