An explosion of pink and red fruits (wild strawberries, redcurrants...), beautiful days, friends, cicadas, and a glass of serenity, paradise! 90% syrah, 10% cinsault. Organically grown, hand-picked, thermo-regulated fermentation, direct pressing, aged in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, limestone and pebble soils.
