In a few words ...
Rosé de Montrose is the emblematic wine of the Coste family. A grandmother who swears by the precious beverage, a winemaker in search of elegance and conviviality, meticulous work from vineyard to cellar, a predestined name...the reasons for its success are varied, and we'll let you judge its quality for yourself. Vinification: each grape variety and terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed before a very short maceration or direct pressing. The musts are then cold clarified and fermented at between 15° and 18°C. The wines (from different grape varieties and terroirs) are blended, then aged in stainless steel and concrete vats. They are bottled in winter and spring.
