In a few words ...
In the 16th century, the Cavalier family settled in Vacquières, in the Pic Saint Loup region, where they still live today. After following the agricultural and winegrowing history of the Languedoc region, the turning point came in 1984. Jean-Benoît took over from fourteen generations of winegrowers. He developed new terroirs, enlarged the production area and built a new cellar to further improve the precision of their wines. This evolution was accompanied by organic farming certification in 2009 and biodynamic certification in 2018. Today, the 15th generation has joined the 14th, perpetuating a family history in osmosis with the rich natural environment that surrounds them. This cuvée is made from 40% Cabernet, 30% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre and 15% Merlot.
