The winemaker

Anne Dexemple and Les Héritiers A.D. perpetuate their know-how in the tradition of the Loire Valley. The quality of their wines reflects their rigor from vine to cellar. The wines of the Loire extend over a wide vineyard that offers different soils, regions and know-how. "Charming" is the adjective that best describes them. From the Atlantic, we find fresh, saline wines such as Muscadet. Wines become more complex and full-bodied as they move inland. We find a wealth of grape varieties (Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon, Muscadet, Chasselas). Loire wines have something indefinable about them: a grace and gaiety that make them wonderfully refreshing.
