The winemaker

The grape varieties used on Béatrice and Pascal Lambert's estate are Chenin for the white wines and Cabernet Franc for the reds and rosés. They are grown on three terroirs: flinty clay, gravel and clay-limestone. The estate produces several cuvées of red, white and rosé wines.
