The winemaker

The field is located in the nerve center of the Loire Valley, near the town of Ambrose. In a century of history, the area continues to develop authentic wines, a symbiosis between wine and its terroir. This is the 4th generation, embodied by Jean Baptiste Bonnigal and Stéphane Bodet, who is in charge since 2015. "Our philosophy is to observe nature and perfect rigorously what it offers us, vintage after vintage. The estate of the Provost aims to help you discover the expression of our land."
