The winemaker

Domaine Oudart cultivates an 11-hectare vineyard on the right bank of the Cher river, with respect for the plant and the soil. The family business, taken over by Nicolas and Philippe Oudart, cultivates several grape varieties, including Sauvignon, Chenin, Côt, Gamay, Cabernet franc, Chardonnay and, most recently, a disease-resistant variety, Floréal for the whites and, in 2020, Artaban for the reds. To complete our approach, we have been in organic conversion since 2019.
