In a few words ...

For many years, the estate has been managed according to the principle of lutte raisonnée. This tradition enables the estate to preserve and optimize the natural quality of the grapes.
the grape variety for the reds is cabernet franc, and for the whites, chenin.the domaine vinifies 120 hectares in several well-known val de loire appellations: saumur, st nicolas de bourgueil, tourraine and chinon.
the red chinons have elegant tannins. These are fine wines for laying down. Full-bodied and powerful, its red wines are colorful, as are its whites, which can age beautifully. Rosés are pleasant, fresh and fruity. Aging of more than 3 years is recommended to fully appreciate the intense, fruity aromas of ripe fruit on a fresh, lively finish.
