Blend: 100% Cabernet Franc. Vinification: hand-picked. Total destemming. Vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats. Alcoholic fermentation: 15 days. Maceration: 4 weeks with delicate racking. Bottling: end of June following harvest. Tasting notes: A fruity, generous and elegant wine with notes of black fruits, spices and subtle tannins. A very good wine to keep for 3 to 5 years.
