Domaine serol - oudan - bio 2016first parcel planted by stéphane sérol 18 years ago on the oudan hillside.2 ha of vines planted at high density (8,500 vines/ha) on south-facing granitic soil where the grapes ripen earlier.the soils are worked mechanically and the vines are nourished by returning shoots as well as adding organic matter and lime. Many tasks require human hands: pruning, disbudding, lifting, leaf removal...intense garnet-red color.aromas of ripe fruit and a round, dense, elegant palate.
