The grapes were harvested at full maturity in this exceptional year, combining the natural freshness of Pineau d'Aunis with the crispness of Pinot Noir and the aromatic intensity of Cabernet Franc. Vinified separately for each grape variety, blended in January. The blend is composed of 28% Cabernet - 60% Pineau d'Aunis - 12% Pinot Noir.
