The winemaker

It is in the heart of Anjou, in the town of Savennières, that Florence and Damien have chosen to settle. For 20 years, the couple of agricultural engineers have cultivated the one and only Savennières grape variety: Chenin, true king of the region. The estate has been certified organic since 2012, proof among others of their commitment and desire to work with the greatest respect for the terroirs and people. This is what their motto reaffirms: Our Earth in Light. Pampered from the vines to their method of aging, the wines produced are of high quality and internationally recognized. The Roche aux Moines cuvée is even selected among the 70 bottles to have drunk in the world by Paz Levinson, best sommelier in the world 2017!
