The winemaker

The estate produces a dry white wine, round and fruity AOC Muscadet Sèvres-et-Maine, according to the principles of organic agriculture since 1997. The wine tradition of this land dates back to the sixteenth century and this tradition is built innovations daily that produce quality wine while respecting the earth and living things. Located at 80% on hillsides on light, stony, clay-siliceous, the vine is made 100% Melon de Bourgogne grape variety, unique and typical of the Atlantic region. Emeline & Jerome, a couple passionate about wine and life, met Michel Sauvion on the estate in 2014, and were immediately seduced by this wine, the vines and all the attention that had been paid to them since entering Organic Agriculture. Jerome, the winemaker and Emeline, one that makes discover the flavors of this wine to delight the palate of here and elsewhere, are now investing every day to offer a pleasant wine to drink that accompanies every festive moment of daily.
