The winemaker
Fabrice's great-grandfather Aimé owned 3 hectares of vines. Aimé's son Hubert took over the farm in 1935, and the estate grew to 17 hectares by the end of the 1950s. Fabrice's father Jacky ran the estate in monoculture, and it was in 1990 that Fabrice took over the reins. Since 2000, his wife Sandrine has joined the adventure. The estate has now gone over to organic farming.
