The winemaker

This method of production requires systematic observation of the vines in order to limit the winemaker's intervention to what is strictly necessary, while producing healthy, high-quality grapes. We can't talk about wine without mentioning its terroir: "la pierre à fusil". It is on this soil of clay and flint that our vines draw the best of their potential. This very special soil, where our ancestors once cut flint, offers a unique aromatic expression: finesse and minerality for our white wines, structure and character for our reds.
