The winemaker

Since 2006, all parcels have been farmed organically. The wines reflect the terroir. Pouilly sur Loire Chasselas is a quality wine made from clay-limestone soil. Pouilly Fumé Prélude is the first wine to be bottled each year, hence its name. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats for several months. Pouilly Fumé Aubaine is produced from plots of very chalky soil.
