The winemaker

The farm is located in the town of Crézancy, 10 km southwest of Sancerre. It is the legacy of parents and grandparents winemakers: Frédéric Champault, the current owner of the domain is the son of Roland Champault, and the little son of Louis Champault all winemakers. He moved to Barbotaine in 1994, while working with his parents on the field. He then resumed operation vineyards of his father Lucien Dauny, winemaker with cords on the same joint.
