The winemaker

Our organic and Biodynamic vineyards cover 55 ha and are planted with Chenin for the whites, Cabernet Franc for the reds and Grolleau, Gamay and Cabernet for the rosés. The wines we offer owe their variety to the different exposures and soil types: grey and green schist, phtanite, quartz, coquille falun, sand and rolled gravel. The vineyards are fertilized with composted farmyard manure, ploughed and grassed. Anti-mildew treatments are based on plant infusions, copper and sulfur. Our cultivation practices contribute to the enrichment of the flora and fauna necessary for the biodiversity and balance of the vines (hedges, copses, flora, low walls). Most of our wines are aged between 6 and 12 months in oak barrels and vats. Red wines have no added sulfur, are neither filtered nor fined. The Chai, between pleasure and discovery Here, some 300 barrels are the focus of our attention to ensure optimum vinification and ageing.
