Vincent is from the Anjou region, its traders parents lived near the village of Savennières. At twenty, he made the grape harvest in the Beaujolais among family friends. The job of the vines pleases him instantly and he improvises jobber. It includes a wine-eno BTS alternately and worked at Guy Cotton whose brother, Patrick, he discovered the wines without sulfur. Then follows a wine merchant by training, he is seduced by the approach and taste the wines of Marcel Lapierre.
