The winemaker

The farm has 7 hectares of vineyards and half a hectare of fruit trees (mainly apples, Williams pears, peaches and nectarines). Part of Chai and tasting home-building is in traditional local Touraine from 1864. The cellar is equipped to cool or heat as needed, to optimize the quality of the wines produced. The winery equipment is also suitable to grind the least possible grapes. The storage place bottles in cellars dug into the "tufa" or isolated ski party. The vineyard worked reasoned culture is essentially located on flint sands with lots of stone surface.on is clay from 1 meter deep. The development of a quality wine starts with the work in the vineyard respecting the natural and environmental surroundings in order to obtain quality grapes optimale.Le ground is grassy or naturally worked to master the vigeur vine ( guarantee essential for healthy grapes and quality). Indeed weed has an effect "buffer" in case of excess rain and also preserves soil microbial life. The planting consists only of CHENIN (also called Pineau de Loire) for whites; grolleau for roses and Gamay or Cabernet well as some cost (in assembly) for the red label.
