This Grand Vin de Loire comes from the right bank of the river. The vines flourish in Pouilly-sur-Loire in the Nièvre department (58), on a clay-limestone terroir with small oysters. This prestigious cuvée is vinified naturally and aged on fine lees for 6 months. Organic viticulture enhances terroir and wine concentration through deep rooting, while promoting soil biodiversity.
