Very straightforward, but also very fine on the palate, it will seduce you with its roundness, while retaining the freshness and typicality of Sauvignons from this terroir. A perfect match for fish in sauce or terrine, poultry and white meats in sauce. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Old vines, some over 50 years old and selected from deeper terroirs Old vines, some over 50 years old and selected from deeper terroirs. Soils of sand and gravel rest on clayey gravel situated on the lacustrine limestone of the Berry region. Aged on fine lees until June. Aged for 8 years.
