An extremely refreshing wine with a fruity, slightly sweet taste, made mainly from 3 grape varieties: Chenin, Chardonay and Cabernet Blanc, from a terroir with limestone soils. Initial vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle.
