Very fine expression of Loire terroir. Refined for a Cabernet Franc, the tannins are present but with the right level of structure, still leaving plenty of room for fruit! A wonderful discovery

A truly excellent Saumur.... A little-known appellation, unlike its neighbor Saumur Champigny. It has more structure than this one, but remains very fruity. Tasted with a fine entrecote, it was a perfect match. A must for Cabernet Franc lovers.
