L'insolite is a Chenin cuvée. Domaine des Roches Neuves has been awarded the Biodyvin label. Fermentation takes place in tuns to preserve the minerality of the subsoil. Aging takes place on fine lees for 9 months. This Chenin has great aromatic complexity.
