The winemaker

Situated in the heart of the Muscadet appellation, Europe's largest dry white wine vineyard, we remain true to our values: the link with the terroir, the quest for quality and the assurance of environmental and aromatic balance. This quest for excellence is carried out from the vine to the wine. Vats of different sizes enable us to make plot-by-plot selections. Our viticulture is integrated for Château du Coing and certified AB for Château de la Gravelle and Grand Fief de la Cormeraie.
