The winemaker
The estate was founded by Alain Robert and his wife in 1973, with at the time only a few acres of vines from a precious family heirloom. Gradually the winery has expanded and now has 30 hectares spread over the communes of Chançay and Noizay. In 2000, Cyril, their son, enriched with personal experience in the Champagne vineyards and Angevin just assist them. In 2013, Catherine, the sister of Cyril who joined them in turn. After 10 years of experience in the Loire Bouquet team, she made the choice of returning to the roots. In the wake of their parents, Catherine and Cyril now have the ambition to extract the best of Vouvray terroir and thus gain in precision and accuracy in the expression of Chenin Blanc.
