    In a few words ...

The vines are between 60 and 90 years old. Harvested by hand. Aged 12 to 18 months on fine lees in five-wine pièces bourguignonnes in our troglodyte cellars, and 12 to 18 months on fine lees in vats, depending on the vintage. No filtration or fining, in fruit day.

This is an intriguing wine, made from grolleau, a rare grape variety in Anjou. A dry, earthy red with tannins. I recommend it.

I didn't know you could make such a serious wine with grolleau! It's both mineral and earthy. Astonishing
