The winemaker

She manages a 9-hectare vineyard on the Maures plain, with its red soil and Mediterranean climate with continental tendencies, giving us the cool nights and warm days that give our wines their distinctive character. We produce 4 cuvées, including 3 AOPs: rosé, white and red; and one IGP: rosé. AOP wines are also available in magnum and IGP in BIB. Our AOP wines are in the Côtes de Provence appellation, and our IGP in the Var appellation. In 2020, our AOP white wine was awarded a GOLD medal at the Concours Général de Paris, and our AOP rosé wine was selected by Gault et Millau as one of the 50 best rosés in Provence. In 2021, its rosé AOP won a GOLD medal at the Brignoles competition (temple of Provence rosés). In 2022, our rosé AOP won a GOLD medal at the Concours des Vins de Provence, and our white AOP again won a GOLD medal at the Concours de Brignoles. In 2023 its rosé PDO wine won a GOLD medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Macon and a GOLD medal at the Concours International des Produits Biologiques et en Conversion. In 2024, his rosé wine won a silver medal at the Brignoles competition. The vineyard is certified HVE3 and therefore practises highly integrated agriculture, and began its conversion to organic farming in 2021.
