The winemaker

In 2003, Hubert Rouy and his son Charles took the head of the Castle Ollières with the intention to restore its prestigious reputation. 12 years later, the castle became a rising star in Provence. Not far from Saint-Maximin, the castle is monitoring the common Ollière a century. Both men turned the vineyard abandoned in a premium site Coteaux Varois. The area is particularly famous for its wine to keep.
