The winemaker

Domaine Fontainebleau en Provence is an organic wine estate located in the heart of green Provence. The estate's 170 hectares, including 38.5 hectares in wine production, are divided between two appellations, Côtes de Provence and Coteaux Varois, enabling us to vinify the 3 colors in 3 ranges. The amphitheatrical shape of the site means that the vines benefit from a cool microclimate. This allows us to preserve all the finesse, freshness and balanced expression of the great wines of Provence. The 17 grape varietals we harvest attract curiosity about the aromatic power of our wines, as well as the originality of our blends in certain cuvées. In line with the principles of organic farming, we practice viticulture that respects our environment and our soils, and we take great care to ensure the quality of our work. We go even further with agroforestry and mixed farming, in the image of the Provencal farms of yesteryear. Following the acquisition of the estate by the new owners, a real determination has been established to exploit the full potential of the business. This idyllic natural setting, combined with the contemporary architecture of our on-site guest rooms, allows our guests to get away from it all during their visit.
