The winemaker

Château Paradis now covers 75 hectares in the extreme north of the appellation Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, the town of Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade. Since 2011, the Thieblin family, proud of its Provençal roots, apply to develop the area to wear to excellence. It launched the reconstruction of 50 additional hectares of vineyards, acquired in 2012. 7.5 hectares of vines were replanted in 2014. Besides our white Coteaux d'Aix, rosé and red, you can visit our fermenting or participate in the many festive and cultural events that we host throughout the year.
