Château Cavalier, acquired by the Castel family in 2000, was seduced by the charm of the vineyard and its clay terroirs, and offers well-balanced grapes. This large, light-filled vineyard is ideally situated between the Massif des Maures and the beginnings of the Haut Var Alps. Named after the stream that runs through it, it is distinguished by the aromatic minerality of its rosés.

I bought this wine at the same time as the cuvée Marafiance, voted best rosé in the world....
The Marafiance is perfect, but what a disappointment with the 360....
What's more, it's sold at €12.90 a bottle, whereas you can find it for €7.90.
Nice marketing job to make up for the discount on the Marafiance cuvée.
