Rose et Or de Minuty is a rosé made from a blend of Grenache and Tibouren grapes. The vines from which this wine is made flourish on a schistous terroir and benefit from a south-western exposure, ideal for ripening the berries. On the nose and palate, intense notes of citrus fruit and white flowers are complemented by aromas of white peach. Liveliness and freshness accompany you throughout the tasting. A perfect match for Asian cuisine, sushi or a Greek salad.

In my opinion, Minuty remains a sure bet for an excellent Provence rosé, especially in this "top of the range" Rose et Or. Its only fault: its price!
However, if you like this kind of rosé, this is my personal reference.

Still a pale rosé (an open wine for Madame!), the nose is ideal, with floral notes supported by citrus and muscat. Perfectly balanced on the palate. A seductive wine to drink now.
