Origines is based on a simple idea: to create a beer that reflects French terroir. The Strisslespalt hops used in this beer are a historic Alsatian variety particularly suited to its terroir, bringing spicy notes. A beer with a reddish color. Dominated by caramel malts. Sweet, caramelized and slightly spicy notes on the palate.
