The winemaker

From the outset, the Val d'Astier estate was a real challenge. The entire estate was built 12 years ago, under the impetus of Bruno and Ellen Seignez. The land they acquired was criss-crossed with trees and wild plants. After much hard work, the domaine is finally producing its first vintages. Their wines have retained all the strength and authenticity of this terroir. The peasants, as they prefer to be called, work in harmony with the vines and the terroir, their know-how at the service of the place.
