The winemaker

Mas de Valériole has been through a lot... A few years ago, the 250-hectare vineyard was completely redesigned to optimize production. Some grape varieties didn't pass the qualification tests, while others gave full satisfaction. Mas de Valériole now comprises just seven grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Petit verdot, Marselan, Caladoc, Vermentino and Chardonnay. These are cultivated in an environmentally-friendly way, producing organic wines.
