The winemaker

Located in the south of France between Aix-en-Provence and Salon-de-Provence, the vineyards VILLA MINNA based on a soil composed of limestone where the vines fully express its aromatic potential. The culture of our vineyards is part of organic farming. We do not use weed killers, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. Harvesting is done by hand with a rigorous selection of grapes that are transported in crates to avoid crushing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and barrels exclusively from natural yeasts present in the grape berries. Livestock, in a buried chai immune to temperature variations, is carried out in oak barrels. The wines are powerful, greedy, full of freshness and aromatic complexity with great aging potential. They are marketed 5 years after the vintage for reds and 3 years for whites. MINNA VILLA produces a signature wine, unusual and unconventional, outside the framework designations so entirely confidential and "could not be more natural."
