The winemaker

Since 1921, Moncigale wines have been an ode to the rosé wines of Provence. A passion shared by our winemaker. For more than 100 years, our know-how has been recognized in the meticulous selection of plots in Provence. The process begins with a study of vine behavior on different types of soil, the soil-varietal match, the impact of vintage and cultivation practices on grape quality, and the precise mapping of plots. The company has also been the historic ambassador of the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, accounting for over 25% of the appellation's production. For generations, we have cultivated a relationship of trust with the cooperative wineries and winegrowers around Mont Sainte-Victoire.
