In a few words ...
A deep, dense black cherry color. A straightforward nose of black fruit on a toasty background, cocoa and vanilla... The palate confirms this first impression with a round, fleshy attack that gives way to present but silky tannins. This powerful, gourmet cuvée reveals all its complexity right through to the warm, very long finish, which ends on notes of peat roasting and black fruit jam, reminiscent of garrigue and spices.
