My first cuvée selected in the heart of the Camargue. This wine retains its freshness thanks to an early-morning, ripe harvest and its clay-limestone terroir. cary terroir. Sulfite-free vinification in concrete tanks preserves all the fruit.

The brilliant ruby-red color speaks volumes about the freshness of this cuvée.
Aroma
The wine opens with a bouquet of red fruits, evolving towards ripe strawberries. On the second nose, delicate black fruit aromas caress our nostrils to our delight.

The tannic structure is subtle but very present on the palate. The same greediness on the nose as on the palate can be found throughout the tasting. A long finish concludes the tasting.
