The winemaker

Our meticulous work and close collaboration with our winemaking partners have enabled us to establish relationships based on trust and a common goal: a job well done. Quality above all else is the watchword of our wine house. In order to offer the very best, I rigorously select terroirs and winegrowers according to their farming methods, giving priority to organic or in-conversion crops. Similarly, when it comes to winemaking, the idea is to use as few inputs as possible, to limit the use of sulfites (preservatives) and to closely monitor the critical period from harvest to the end of the winemaking process. To be free to select and blend juices to create my signature cuvées. This is the challenge I set myself by going beyond the conventional codes of the wine world, while respecting to the letter the tradition of the appellations.
