The winemaker

Jealous care of the vines Thanks to the year-round work of our vineyard manager and cellar master, our vines receive special care. All stages of vine cultivation are carried out with respect for nature and the environment. Pruning is short, and green harvesting is de rigueur to ensure optimum concentration and a controlled yield. Meticulous harvesting Harvesting is both manual and mechanical, with grapes picked on a parcel-by-parcel basis, respecting each individual ripeness. The grapes are sorted by hand as they enter the winery. Subtle vinification The winery is equipped with concrete and stainless steel vats, as well as oak barrels. Maceration is controlled to extract the best from the juice. Few inputs are used. We aim for maximum concentration of fruit, for a quality worthy of the estate's wines. Ageing for long cellaring Wines aged in vats develop delicate, fruity aromas and freshness. Some of our wines are aged in oak barrels, giving them the complexity, structure and stability needed for ageing.
