Domaine Aleofane is run by Natacha Chave, a passionate and independent winemaker. Located in the northern Rhone Valley, the estate is built on plots of Syrah planted on granite slopes. Natacha Chave's viticulture respects the terroir, favoring the natural expression of soils and grape varieties. Her wines are distinguished by their authenticity, power and elegance, faithfully reflecting the unique character of cornas. Cornas 2021 is a 100% Syrah red wine, made from southeast-facing plots of granite soil. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, then the wine is carefully aged in foudres and demi-muids to preserve the aromatic richness and structure of the grape variety. The nose reveals notes of ripe black fruit, violets and sweet spices, while the palate stands out for its elegant power, silky tannins and mineral freshness. This wine can be enjoyed today, but it also has great ageing potential, evolving harmoniously for many years to come.

The appellation Cornas is part of the region of Vallée du Rhône from France which include Domaine Aléofane and its 3 cuvées. Spread over The Rhone Valley and its rich, complex terroirs. The region is divided into two distinct subregions: Northern Rhone (known as Rhône Septentrional) and Southern Rhone (Rhône Méridional). In the former we find strong wines in beautiful colours with warm, spicy notes, produced by vineyards that stretch 4,700 ha along the Rhone. The latter, with an area of 71,000 ha, is much more important, and this is evident of course in its annual production of red, rosé and white wines quite unlike those of the Northern Rhone., this region is 3 million hectolitres per year of red wines, rosés, dry and sparkling white wines, and natural sweet wine..
