In a few words ...

Assembly : 100% syrah. vinification : 4-week cuvaison with fractional pumping-over throughout the day. After crumbling the cap, the solid parts were infused into the liquid phase for a further 5 days. Hot racking into demi-muids (600 l) and ageing for 12 months. TASTING : crozes-hermitage 2016 has a deep purple color with mauve highlights. The nose offers a full, intense expression of fruit accompanied by floral, spicy and roasted notes: violets, cherries and plums, sitchuan berries and mocha. On the palate, a gourmet style is enhanced by pure aromas and a well-coated structure.
