The winemaker

Domaine de la Tête Noire, located in the Gigondas, Vaqueyras and Cairanne AOCs, was founded in 2008 by two Belgian friends, joined in 2012 by ... a third Belgian! The most Belgian of French wine estates offers cuvées that bring out the best in the different terroirs of this southern part of the Rhône Valley. Today, Winsley De Maria manages our estate in the same spirit. Since 2011, all our wines have been certified organic, respecting nature and the soil to produce the most honest wines possible. Our atypical cuvées and our winemakers' sense of folly have won over numerous wine critics, including Robert Parker, Jancis Robinson, Reynolds, the Guide Hachette and the Lyon, Avignon, Orange and Vinsobres wine competitions. One thing's for sure: Domaine de la Tête Noire is not one to be forgotten!
