The winemaker
The Domaine du Pesquier vineyard covers 24 hectares of vines, 17 in AOP Gigondas, 4 in Vins de Pays de Vaucluse, 2 in AOP Côtes du Rhône and 1 in AOP Vacqueyras. The estate's winegrowers practice integrated viticulture. They seek the best balance for their vines. Depending on their typicity and character, the wines are blended and matured in foudre or concrete vats.
