The winemaker

The production is approximately 100 hectoliters of Côtes du Rhône AOC Rasteau 500 hl and 30 hl Vin Doux Naturel Rasteau. The soil is clay - limestone Ground work. minimal use of treatment products. Promotes the leaf surface. The wine is made 100% in concrete tanks. From 2005 we started to do for certain vintages from the barrel aging, which brings roundness and complexity of the wines.
